The Extended Range Impact Weapon Instructor Course provides the information necessary to safely implement a beanbag projectile inservice training program. This program is a blend of liability management strategies and practical training exercises to maximize both officer and suspect safety when deploying an extended range impact weapon. Participants receive a complete instructor manual, PowerPoint presentation, and instructor certification. The course offers instruction in the following topics:

- Guidelines for Documenting the Use of Less Lethal Force
- Federal Court Limitations on the Use of Less-Lethal Force
